KATSH A FLOWER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.    Our Products

1.1     Products are subject to market availability. If we are unable to supply you with the item you requested, we will substitute it with an item of equivalent value, quality and color even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. Customers will be informed if any substitution is made.

1.2    If for any reason you are unhappy with the items which you have purchased from our store, please direct your complaints to Katsh A Flower team on customerservice@katshaflower.com or mobile 01010541748. Our team will be more than happy to assist you within 24 hours.

1.3    We often use delicate seasonal flowers, it is worth noting that some flowers we provide may have a short life span.

2.    Prices

2.1    Prices listed are valid for a maximum of 14 days after placing your order.

2.2    Prices include VAT.

3.    Orders / Payment

3.1    In order to fulfill your order we require all necessary fields to be completed with the correct information.

 

4.   Delivery

4.1    For same day delivery we must receive your order before 1pm.

4.2    Where incorrect personal and delivery details have been supplied, problems or delays in delivery may result, therefore please ensure that you have included the full address details, of the intended recipient and your daytime telephone number and e-mail address so that we can notify you in case of any delivery problem.

4.3    In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the order.

 

5.   Cancellation
